Which Phones Offer Voice Recording?

I need a phone that can make digital recordings of conversations. It should
have enough memory to record at least an hour of conversation, preferably
two, and the file must be a WAV file or some other type that can be
converted to a WAV file. And the phone must have Bluetooth or a USB
connection so I can transfer the file to my PC. I'd prefer a small phone
like a RAZR but will buy a larger QWERTY-style device if I have to. Can
anyone recommend a particular brand and model? Thanks very much for your
input.

There are tones of phones that offer recordings it depend on if you are
trying to record call conversations. No phone comes standard with this
option but there is a program for the symbian nokia phones that will do
