If you know someone's cell phone number, is there a way to find out if it's serviced by AT&T,
Sprint, Verizon, Nextel, etc? If you want to send a text message, you have to know what company
website to use.

Go to http://telcodata.us to find what NPA/NXX has been assigned.
This will tell you who that block of numbers is assigned to but if the
party has ported his number to another carrier all bets are off. As
far as email address for the number if you send your email to
10digits@teleflip.com it should be delivered e.g.
2063549999@teleflip.com
