I've got a Nokia 3586i on Qwest cell service and have the Nokia "Hands free
car kit." The 3586i comes with no ignition sensing circuit programmed in
the phone.

Can the Nokia 3586i be programmed to activate the use of the ignition
sensing circuit? If yes, who can do it? Qwest has told me they are unable
to perform such work.
