Help Please:::

I have a samsung A860 cell phone and a USB data cable.

I have had no luck trying to access the "phone book" to allow me to
input the data from my computer... or access a data base of numbers to
transfer to the cell.

ANY and ALL help would be appreciated with respect to what software or
? that I need to get it to work.
