We live in a remote part of Texas and I need to get an external antenna to reach the cell phone tower. What do I need to do to make an external antenna to reach the tower and mount on the house?

I am building a house and need to use the cell phone as a regular land line phone, is there a system to make the cell phone act like a normal house phone in four or five locations in the house?
