Bought Call Phone off EBay - Locked

I just bought a cell phone from batterymania.com and found the phone to be
locked. It is asking for a "subsidy code" which I was not given. Is there
any place that anyone can think of for me to get this phone code and unlock
it?

The only way you are going to get the subsidy unlock is too either 1.
call the manufacturer or two pay a service on the internet to see if
they can unlock it for you.
