Hello, when I turn on my Cingular phone it says "CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER"
I can't put a pin because it doesn't let me. If there is anyone that can
assist me in unlocking a Motorola Razr cell phone I would really appreciate
it. Is there anyone that can give me instructions on how to do it. Please
help me with this situation. I want to use this phone with T-Mobile, but
can't. Thanks in advance.
