My wife and I have a pair of Kyocera SE47's (purchased at the same time
as part of a 2 for 1 deal). Within about a week both phones have
developed a 'fault', where when turned on the phones boot (ie I can see
the main screen come up) but within a second a screen appears that
displays an icon of a phone and computer connected by a double headed
arrow and this will remain until the battery dies. I am suspicious
about whether this is an actual fault or a timeout. Kyocera want $38
AUS/ phone to fix (which is a reflash of the software) with only 70%
chance of success. Has this problem occured for anyone else?
