Moving Blackberry Address Book into Treo?

With the very strong possibility that in the next few days Research in
Motion may actually get virtually shut down, I'm looking into moving to a
Treo from my Blackberry 7105T. My question to anyone who might be familiar
with both handhelds is how do I port my Blackberry address book (likely
through Microsoft Exchange, right?) into a Treo compatible address book
that I'd hopefully simply import in the Treo using the software that comes
with that unit?

Also, anyone recommend a Treo that's comparable to a Blackberry 7105T?
