TRACFONE
It's the most horrible experience I've ever had buying anything in years!
They sent me a phone with a defective battery,
They assumed I was lying and trying to cheat them when I demanded another
phone or my money back.
They lied, lied and lied and told me another replacemnt phone is coming.
I waited two weeks.
Nothing.
I ratcheted it up to corporate.
All of a sudden I got a phone in the mail (DHL express).
I refused it, because I don't want the phone, I want my money back.
They refuse to give money back.
Finally, I get figure out it's the battery, buy another battery, and the
phone works!
Now I hassle for 2 weeks activating it, it gets deactiveated, it's back
activated, then the mail box won't work because "they system shows it's
deactivated, you're sure your phone works? Really?".
Now they deativatged it again, and reactvated it.
I know it won't work for setting up the mailbox.
They sent me ANOTHER phone, but this phone didn't come with a sim card.
I had to wait days for a new sim card to come with to replace my old one,
because, you guessed it, they deactivated the old one!
They're so XXXXing worried about theives and scammers and have no built in
security to catch them, that they just treat ALL their customers like
they're all theives and liars, and so they lye and steal from their
customers.
I wish I'd gone T-mobile....
I had a Tmobile prepaid, and from activating it to minutes to setting up my
mailbox took FIFTEEN MINUTES!!!!!!
Tracfone? FOUR WEEKS AND COUNTING!!!!

| I have 2 friends here who use Tracfone and like it fine. I, on the other
hand, had one and only got lousy audio quality and extremely poor and
ignorant customer support. Also, cust support is only active Mon-Friday.
