Cingular wireless hires abusive homosexual faggot boys
in their call centers to belittle and hassle long standing
customers and uses poor customer service procedures to
strong arm past due bills.
DO NOT USE CINGULAR WIRELESS FOR YOUR CELL SERVICE
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

They also renege on deals struck with AT&T before they bought them
out. They are now removing or updating old AT&T towers and equipment
so if your phone was an AT&T it works very poorly. I changed to a
different provider. Unfortunately, like most other providers, they are
out-sourcing many of their customer interaction call centers to
"dot-head" country and firing Americans.
