If you have a Refer-A-Friend PIN from the TracFone Refer-A-Friend department
and plan to redeem it to add the 100 Free minutes to your TracFone, you can
not use the www.tracfone.com add airtime website or the regular toll free
number 1-800-867-7183 add airtime automated menu option for the next few
months (at least).

If you try to use the website or regular toll free automated add airtime
menu option, you will receive an "Invalid PIN number" error.

To add the 100 free minutes to your TracFone, you will have to call Customer
Service during the Refer-A-Friend Department regular office hours of M-F
9am-10pm EST. When you call, ask to be connected to the Refer-A-Friend
Department to add these minutes to your phone.

Apparently, the PINs the Refer-A-Friend Department have been giving out the
past few months have some error in them.
