hi there, this is my first time posting

recently i came across this bid on ebay saying 'blocked in uk network'

does that mean i cant unlock the phone n use it in canada ???

btw its from vodafone

It probably means that the phone was *stolen* and put on a blacklist
in the UK so it cannot be used there. Blacklists often are not shared
so even though it may be barred from all networks in the UK it's not
barred for use on other networks that don't share the blacklist. If
you feel comfortable bidding on a phone that was stolen or blacklisted
for any other reason go ahead. The price offered is likely low as
well isn't it compared to others that aren't blacklisted in the UK.
Let your conscience be your guide.
