Someone breathing on the phone

A lady was talking to a friend and said that the other day she picked
up her phone and heard someone breathing on the other end. She said
it must have been be a pervert.

Her friend replied "I'd be more concerned about a pervert if they were
NOT breathing, because you'd be talking to a dead person !!!
