Author Cheap tracfone minutes?

The new tracfone I received and activated today seems ok, but I don't
see the minutes cost as such a great deal. The very best deal I
could find costs over 21 cents a minute when you add all the cost and
assume the best possible use even though they say 10 cents a minute.
Are there better deals out there?

I punched in the code for a 40 minute card and the Nokia 1100 says I
have 100 units and the due date is april 18, 2006. Is that 40
minutes? what happened?

I activated online and after about 10 error code and redoing it, I
finally got the code accepted and the phone started working, but my
online account never finished so I never got a password or anything.
Do I need that online account working?

I am sending you a email giving you 100 free minutes.

You had better rethink having a Tracfone.

If you have a CDMA phone, you only have a home coverage of 30 miles
from your zip code...likely less.

After that it is roaming with the double the cost.

With a GSM phone, you have one cost but very limited coverage.

There are much better providers than Tracfone.

Who are other providers? Please let us know so we can compare.
Thanks, TD

I'd like to have my email address used for promo codes too.
Is there any secrets I need to know before I start soliciting free
minutes?

Also, How do I retrieve my tracfone messages with a land phone? I
don't see that anywhere in the literature that came with my phone.
