Has anyone actually purchased a $10 TDMA refill from Callpluswireless?

The callpluswireless.com website shows a table which includes the
"new" $10 refill card, but when you actually go to the "buy more
airtime" page, and select Callpluswireless TDMA, the $10 refill
isn't on the drop-down list. Just the $20 and higher. So, do you
have to call customer service to buy the $10 refill?

Looking for an alrenative to Pharos for the $10 refill.
