Does anyone know how to get ringtones into a sanyo pm 8200 without
service? I stopped using the phone and i'm planning to take it with me
to south america, i have the data cable and bitpim, snapmedia and
datapilot non seem to accept qcp files...and i can't connect the phone
to a website because i no longer have sprint service, any suggestions?

Have you tried Mobile Action? I believe it will let you do that. Pick
your model and try it out:
