Author Nokia 5185i: MIN not Phone Number?

Is it possible to activate a Nokia 5185i such that the Mobile Identification
Number (MIN) is different from my phone number? I have to have my service
activated this way because I have a number that was ported from a land line,
so the mobile identification number is different in order to be on one of
the cellular provider's prefixes so their system can be identified while
roaming.

When I go into the NAM programming menu, this phone only has one place for
me to enter my phone number. The other models I have ask for the phone
number twice, once as my number, the other time as my mobile identification
number (MIN). I'm guessing this means this model won't work with my account,
but I just thought I'd ask here if anybody knows of a work around.

Thanks,

Jeff
