Recovery phonebook Motorola V710

Hey guys, I need some help with my phone. I got a Motorola V710 with
Verizon, a few months ago the phone got wet, but nothing happen, then 4
months later, the screen start to fail, and then today is not turning
on, I am going to get a new phone but I need to transfer my phonebook,
I got over 250 numbers. In Verizon told me that if the phone doesn't
turn on, there is nothing that they can do. Is this true? I know the
V710 doesn't have a sim card or something like that, but it is not
possible that a technician could save my info.
