By memory cards, do you mean expansion cards or SIM cards? A SIM is
theoretically a memory card too.

Walt's right. The 7000 and 8000 series BBs do not have expansion
slots. Of the popular smart phone lines, I believe only the Treo was
the one to include those as standard on all its recent-generation
models.
