Requesting Recommendations for monitoring BCCH messages

Want to monitor BCCH message traffic into a PC.

I looked at WillTek 8501, but WillTek doesn't respond to quote requests.
Can anyone else who knows tell me how much it costs?

I heard that Cellogic Wireless Systems product (M-Logic Real Time) uses a
Motorola Timeport MS, an M-Plus Card or USB port, and a Socket I/O Card or
USB converter box. Anyone know details of how to get an MS into what I
presume to be a test mode where BCCH messages are relayed to a PC ... or
perhaps a URL to an app note?

What's the easiest way to monitor BCCH messages from a PC?
