| I have been an att user for 2 years2. I have had nothing but trouble for the
last year. I switched to cingular and things got worse. I have been charged
with so many bogus items its totally rediculous. I have contacted both
companys atleast 15 times asking for an investigation. I haven't even got a
return call. I have spent over 50 hrs trying to resolve my issues. My phone
has been shut off three times. When I converted to Cingular they hooked me up
to the wrong phone number and it took a week to get my cellphone working
again. I missed a hospital surgery and lost a large business account due to
these complications. I have been put into collection. I have been charged for
four phones being disconnected and have been forced to switch to T-Mobile. I
have contacted the FCC and am planning to file a lawsuit. Do you have any
suggestions for me to proceed in the right direction?
Thanks,
Fred

| Fred -
Read your contract(s). You may not be able to file a lawsuit if your
contract has a mandatory arbitration clause, which many now do.
It ought to be illegal to force you to waive your right to sue as a
condition of doing business, but until enough of the People squawk, that's
what we're faced with.

Next time don't let a cell carrier interfere in your life that way.
