MCI or ATT Sams club cards may work. They use local (ie Swiss) 800 #s.
Some GERMAN cell providers block those 800 #s. You can try local SWISS
calling cards. There are other US calling cards or options that use local
Swiss #s -- I have an account with enjoyprepaid.com. Besides 800 #s, there
are local numbers in country.
