Multiple part messages not being received on o2

Is anyone else experiencing a major delay in progressive parts of multiple
part text messages being received on their handsets. Almost every time
without failure I receive the first part immediately, and then have a wait
of several minutes (sometimes up to half an hour) before the rest of the
text message appears - in the meantime I simply have *some text missing*
appearing at the end of the first text. Very annoying to say the least, and
it's been happening for a few months as far as I remember. I'm really
thinking of complaining and breaking off within my 12 month contract - if o2
can't provide a working service then surely it's breach of contract?
