Will be spending 4 days in Taipei. Was wondering is there any
difference in price/service between the various GSM Pre-Paid Services?
More importantly, how much are the SIM cards?

I've hit the websites of the various providers and there's not a lot of
info regarding Int'l SMS or prices...TIA
