Hi all,

I am a beginner in MS protocol stack.

Now I am working in a scenario in which, MM got the detach request
primitive from Application and before MM sending this detach request
to air interface, RR sends cellost indication to MM. My doubt is MM
has to send the detach rquest after cell selection/reselection...?
