Whats the cheapest bluetooth phone with a camera available?

I've done research but I feel I barely skimmed the surface.

I've found a Sony Ericcson T616 on ebay, and they are fairly cheap they
go for about 60-70 dollars.

I've also found Siemens S56 for about the same price but they lack an
integrated camera (ugly attachment).

So what would you guys recommend?

I forgot that cheap is a relative word. I'm looking for a phone, max 80
dollars.
