how to let cellular bluethooth headset work via computer to call via the internet?

Hi,

I have a headset for my cellular phone:

now i wuld like to use this laptop as a headset for calling via the internet
on my laptop instead of my cellular phone. But my windows 2000 version does
not see the headset as a microphone and earphone, just as a headset without
any services on it.

Is there some kind of software i can download and install, so my computer
recognizes the headset as a mic and earphone?
