Samsung D500 bluetooth questions

First of all I Have a bluetooth earpiece (HS810 I think is the model number)
which I have been using on my old moto v600. Now I would like to use it with
the Samsung D500. First of all I can't remember how I set it up to work with
the v600 so am having problems connecting it with the D500. I have searched
for devices but it does not find it. Can anyone help here?

Also with my V600 if I was to send someone something via BT such as a ring
tone etc. I would search for their phone, find it and then send it to them.
With the samsung it wants the pin number. I know the pin number that isnt
the problem but both of us have to type it in. Is there a way round this?
