Author one headset w/ two devices?

I have a Motorola H300 that I'd like to use with a cellphone and with
a USB dongle for Skype. If I pair the H300 with both devices, will
this work? Will the headset respond to whichever device tries to use
it? Or do I have to choose one or the other manually?

Thanks.

The headset should pair with whichever device is the strongest signal when
you turn on the headset.
