Jabra BT-250V will not charge - How to Fix

| I was given a Used Jabra BT-250v Headset.
When I put it in the cradle to charge it the Blue Light only flashes,
it won't stay on as it should when it's charging.
I know it's not already charged up.
Is the battery bad, and if so can I get a replacement, and replace it
myself?
Any help welcome.

Try a new charger first. I don't believe the battery is user
replacable.
