Headset to headset communication

I would like to be able to use two bluetooth headsets as a short range
intercom (up to 20 metres) on a boat. Does anyone know of a device that can
be paired to two headsets that would permit this method of communication,
please?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

At least there is the WCS-1 from BMW.
