If I get a BT dongle for my PC, is there any type of software that will
let me use my Motorola HS850 to listen to music played on my PC?

Thanks

Yes, once paired, the headset will just show up as another audio device
(sound card) called Bluetooth Audio; so just select that instead of your
sound card in Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices (assuming you have
Windows). It will sound sh*t though, like music played through a telephone.
For better quality you would need a Bluetooth High quality audio device like
stereo bluetooth headphones.
