| I have the BT250v for sometime and recently it stopped working. I
contacted Jabra about it and they told me to send it back and they
would replace it. I did that and they returned a new one.
The problem is that this new one isn't working the same way and the
first one.
With the original headset I could be on my car driving with the headset
turned off and as soon as I hear the phone (Motorola V3) ringing I
could just turn on the headset and receive the call. Even if I wanted
to just get in the car and put the headset in my ear, I just would turn
it on and it would "sybchronize" (I don't know if this is the correct
term) with the mobile phone with no need tyo touch the phone.
With this one I can't do any of this things :(
If I want to "synchronize" it with the phone I have to turn the
headset, then go to the V3 and select the Settings -> Connection ->
Bluetooth Link -> Hands-Free and select the BT250v. Which means that if
I want to receive a call and not having to turn the headset on
everytime I am in the car, I end up stopping the car to use the headset
which is the same of not having a headset at all.
Anyone have the BT250v? Does it work as my first one used to? Can it be
possible that they sent me an "old" headset with outdated software? If
yes, is there any way I can upgrade it?
I already made these same questions to Jabra, for several times, but
never got a reply from them. I don't know if they simply went out of
business or if they have a really bad support.
Thanks in adavance for your help
