I really like the HS-805 because it uses a real AAA battery and so can
always be relied on to work without needing charging. If you go here:

and then click on the $59.99 Motorola "price", you'll reach the real offer
of $24.99 including free ground shipping and a free leather carry holster.

But this and the newer H300 seem to share a common problem. They both turn
off all by themselves, without warning! I had an H300 for a short while and
returned it due to this 'defect'. Using a AAA cell is nice though and I used
a lithium cell and it would seem to last forever.

Sometimes my H300 wouldn't turn on also, especially if it was 'out of range'
from my E815 while it was turned off. The H300 appears to maintain
'contact' with the phone it's paired to, even when turned off. I came to
this conclusion when I would see the blue LED blink occasionally (perhaps
once a minute or so) even when it was 'turned off'..

I don't recall that ever happening to me either when using it paired to my
Thinkpad X40 notebook or Nokia 6230i. I have no experience with the H300.
