| BlueSoleil v1.6.3.1 trying to connect to a Motorola RAZR v3c ... Unable
to Connect.
Enabled BlueTooth on the RAZR
Start BlueSoleil, click on the globe, find my phone.
Able to "Pair"
Appropriate "passwords" accepted and verified.
Get the red BlueSoleil checkmark and the proper device name.
Status equals "Not Connected"
No "Connect" menu item on a right-click popup.....Paired but not connected.
No "Services" highlighted/enabled.
What am I missing to connect to my RAZR to transfer Pics??

Is this Windows XP-SP2? Maybe the driver in Windows XP conflicts with Blue
Soleil. It certainly conflicts with the Widcom driver that I loaded for my
DLink.
A generic Microsoft article that might help:
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;840635
For my DLink DBT-120, I loaded the drivers from the CDROM, and then had to
make some adjustments to get the automatically-installed WinXP-SP2 out of
the way. http://support.dlink.com/faq/view.asp?prod_id=2146
The steps here are generic enough that they might apply regardless of which
dongle you have.

Tried it on two machines, XP Home SP-2 and Win2k Pro.
Results the same on both, no connection established.
Thanks for the references
The guy at Verizon said he thinks the File Transfer mode is turned off
at the factory.

I have read references to the Verizon phone's BT being crippled.

Verizon cripples Bluetooth in their phones so that you have to pay them
to transfer ringtones, pics, etc. Assholes!
