| Every once in a while the connection between the phone and headset is
dropped. I think I may have a reason for it happening which I am exploring
but has anybody else had this happen?

| Yes at times with my Plantronics Voyager 510 & Motorola V3. It usually
reestablishes connection on its own after a few seconds.
I don't remembering it happing with my HS850 though.

| Check the bluetooth versions of fone & headset to see if they match ...if so, then consider evil humours and things that go bump in the night ...bluetooth can be subject to local interference from electronics.
