Cannot use Serial Service with Widcomm Bluetooth Software

| I have spent a lot of time on the Widcomm settings on my PC trying to
enable the serial service over Bluetooth and still have some strange
problems I cannot figure out. Everytime I enable the Bluetooth Serial
Port in My Bluetooth Places, it installs a new COM port and cannot use
that COM port. Then I see the Serial Service is still disabled and when
I click on enable, it again installs a new COM port and the list of COM
ports in Device Manager grows but none of them is working.
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM10)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM11)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM12)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM13)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM14)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM15)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM16)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM17)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM6)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM7)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM8)
Bluetooth Communication Port (COM9)
When I go to Bluetooth Configuration > Local Services and click
Properties on Bluetooth Serial Port, it again adds a new port and then
in the Bluetooth Properties windows I only have COM0 listed.
When I uninstall the COM ports from Device Manager, when refreshed it
installs them all again and there's no way to remove them from
Widcomm config pages unless I uninstall Widcomm in whole.
Please help, anybody knows what is the problem with it?
Thanks

In order for the Serial Port to become active it needs to show DevB (device
B, for client device) or DevA (for server device). You probably don't see
that for some reason. I wish I could tell you how to get that to show up for
yoru device but I don't know much about Bluetooth.
