I sent mine, plus some wallpaper to a Samsung Phone via Bluetooth. I
just asked the user of the Samsung phone to put her phone into discovery
mode. Then in my Razr I went into Settings > Connections> Bluetooth>
and paired her device like I would a headset. Once paired, I could look
at her files and transfer mine using the "Copy" choice on the menu.
There are a few intermediate steps but they are spelled out by the
options I outlined. Check your Razr manual. If you no longer have it,
it's available in PDF form from the Motorola web site.
You don't mention it, but I am assuming your other device is also
Bluetooth able.
