Motorola HT820 and Bluetooth dongle - cutting out?

Hello,

I got a generic Bluetooth Dongle - it just says:

Bluetooth v1.2 Compliant
USB UHCI/OHCI spec 1.1
Working distance 0-100 meter
Works with Bluetooth enabled mobiles phones

Using IVT Blusoleil 1.6.4 (registered)

And a Motorola HT820 Bluetooth Stereo Headset. It is paired up in the
IVT menu and works...sort of...

Anyhow - it plays music OK - in fact is sounds great, but it cuts out
and then comes back in. I am just sitting at my computer desk. If I
leave the room - it definitely cuts out - no more than 3 meters.

I am using the internet but nothing else. Windows Media player is
being used to play the deviced through my audio device.

Any idea why it is doing this?
