| Hi: I'm the "IT" guy for our family, but I don't really know what I'm
doing (I just fumble around). My husband's Motorola HS820 bluetooth
earpiece has stopped working. He took it off the charger and the blue
light stayed on. You can turn it off or get it to pair with the phone.
Do any of you real IT guys have any ideas of what I can do to get it
to work again? Thanks, : )

I presume you meant "can't".
I would just leave it alone for a couple of days. The battery will run
down if the blue LED is on, and then you can recharge and try again.
My HS820 went through the wash. I charged it and it works.
