Author PDA as internet access point for laptop

Hello,

I've a T-Mobile MDA Compact III with bluetooth and GPRS (flat-fee).
This works fine
also I've a Toshiba laptop with the latest bluetooth stack (running on
Microsoft Windows)

Now I hope it is possible to use my PDA with GPRS connection as a
internet access point for my laptop.
Schema:

Internet <---(gprs)----> PDA <----(bluetooth)-----> Laptop

Can anyone tell me if this is possible and where to start?
- Internet on the PDA works fine
- ActiveSync can sync my PDA over bluetooth (there is a partnership)
