In principle, yes if your laptop is set up correctly.(I know nothing about
the phone)

There are ways to network devices and some phones have software for
Bluetooth connection but the easiest way to transfer files may be to use the
Object Push Profile.
First your phone will have a mechanism to send files by Blutooth, so you
will have to figure out how that works. Then you need to activate the
Object Push Profile on your laptop. How you do this will depend on the
Bluetooth stack on your laptop. Then when you use the "Send via Bluetooth"
feature on your phone your laptop should show up as a target device.
