I bought a pair plus a bluetooth adaptor everything installed and connected
correctly on my xp computer. Now how do I get the windows/internet sound to
the headphones?

You could try the following:-

Go to
Control Panel
Select "Sounds and Audio devices"

Under the "audio" and "voice" tabs, select your Bluetooth hands free audio
for playback

I did try today my logitech BT headsets with both PC and nokia 6233.
They work very well. On the PC I use bluesoleil. You have to pair the
headphones and then (for me did the job bluesoleil) you have to go to
the sound control pane to choose them as sound output.
