| Did your rep mention whether consumers who, like me, owned 262s and
complained were going to be offered replacements?

| I didn't ask the rep the specifics, but she indicated they were fixing
or replacing the phones. Wish I had gotten two 710's that day. The deal
lasted less than two days. Sigh.
