I have Alltel / LG LX5550. I bought the DataPilot software and cable
to download stuff.

Ringtones seem to work fine.

Images can be download and (correctly) uploaded, but they appear as
blank screen. DataPilot says its a phone bug, needs new firmware.
Alltel knows nothing about it.

Phone Book upload and download works fine, but there is no way to set
the Speed Dial number. Dumb. Now, I have to set all the Speed Dials
manually at the phone. True?

If anyone can help on this stuff, please let me know. I am trying to
return, but the place I bought it will not accept returns on open
software.
