List of AT&T GSM Phones? Keeping AT&T Plan?

| Ok, maybe i'm going about this wrong but I have an AT&T plan I want to
keep and a V600 that's dying. I bought a Samsung cingular phone but
they said i can't use it with my AT&T Sim Card and to get a Cingular
Sim card i have to switch to a cingular plan. So they said in order to
keep my plan I need to buy an old AT&T GSM phone and put my AT&T Sim
card in that phone? Is that correct? If so, where can I find a list of
the last AT&T GSM phones that were made before they were totally
replaced by cingular? So I can look for one on ebay or something....
Help!
Thanks!!!

I don't know about a list. You can look for another V600. Other model ATTWS
sold were the NEW 515 & 525. Anyway, any unlocked GSM phone with 850 and
1900 MHz will serve here in the USA.
