This is a UPS store,
"http://www.theupsstore.com/locations/locdet.asp? strCenterNum=MBE2930
"
so I don't think you can visit him there.
Anytime you see an address in this format it's usually one of those mail
box rental places where you can have a business address without the
"stigma" of an address with a PO Box format.
Whenever I see a business address at a mail box rental place it's a huge
red flag. Those places are extremely inconvenient, as unlike the US Post
Office, you only have access to your box during business hours, while
most post offices have 24 hour box access. The only reason to have a box
at one of these places, that charge significantly more than the USPS, is
if you're trying to mislead potential customers as to the scope and
nature of your business.

You can, I believe, use the Post Office's address as your address for
mail, ie if the post office is 1234 Main Street, and you have box #
452, you can use
1234 Main Street #452.

Umm.. some of those places do have 24 hour access.

You will get a nastygram from the postmaster of the post office where
the box is located if you do this. They set out the requirements for
addressing in the application for the box, and they are quite familiar
with people trying to masquerade a P.O. Box as a physical address, and
don't allow it.

Very few. Back before my post office had 24 hour access (due to a design
where the box lobby ceiling was a dropped ceiling that went into the
rest of the post office), I checked out those private mail box places. I
didn't find one that was 24 hours. Certainly the one in question is not
24 hours. They also charge about 4x what the USPS charges for a box. Two
bad the 24 hour Kinko's don't offer boxes.
