Dear spamming idiot,

For the seventh month in a row, it is requested that you stop spamming the
attw newsgroup with this crap. Your failure to honor this request will
result in you admitting either a lack of intelligence or a lack of common
courtesy. Take you pick- you are quite capable of both.

It seems that Mr Navas has been posting the charter to the correct attws
group because Cingular is now becoming ATT. Mr Navas must have known this
for a very long time. Therefore, maybe the charter is now appropriate for
the attws newsgroup.

Since he didn't create attws, it must have a different charter.

Now, I guess it is a race to see who creates the new newsgroup,
alt.cellular.att
