Hi, I have not searched much on this site for this same question due to my
time issue, if anyone have an answer, I appreciate.

Is anyone have made calls to Canada from the States ? I have a wireless
national plan ..and once I made a call to canada from US sucessfully, Is
there any extra charge or roaming fee would incur from this call ?

I did not ask ATT to activate international access or pay any monthly fee for such service, so if the call went through , Do I have to worry if there is such an extra charge ?

Let's say I live in Buffalo, NY and want to call my friend in Toronto, distance-wise it's close by, but it is an international call, right ? Any
suggestions to make calls to Canada from US without much impact on your phone bill ?

thanks
